PERSONAL SUMMARY

 

Write a 3-5 paragraph personal reflection on what you learned throughout the course of this inquiry activity. What did you learn about how the media uses language to present news stories? How will you use different writing styles in the future and under what circumstances they would be appropriate? How is formal writing different from formal speaking, for example, when you presented to the class? Be sure to comment on at least one other presentation- what did you learn about the issue? What did you learn about the communication techniques from the other students' presentation? Will this project make you think differently about how you perceive information, either written or audio, in the future? Why or why not?
